What Are The Postage Costs?
Postage for smaller items is £2.50 and if the order includes an A4 size cover the postage is £4.50.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We use Royal Mail, Tracked service. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days, but may take a few days longer for certain destinations within Great Britain.
Where Do You Ship?
We deliver to all locations in Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales). At present, we do not ship to Northern Ireland or international destinations.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay on our website.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Payment processing is carried out by Stripe. We never have access to your payment details.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You can currently only checkout as a Guest.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You may cancel your order before we have dispatched it, or before the items have been personalised in the case of personalised orders. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@impossiblemoth.com, quoting your order details.
How Can I Return a Product?
If you change your mind about your order after we have dispatched it, contact us within 14 days from the day after your order is delivered, on hello@impossiblemoth.com.
